Tatum A. Joerndt
Tatum Joerndt is an Associate in BCM Law, P.C.’s Chicago office, where she focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense. She assists in handling claims on behalf of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators and supports cases throughout the litigation process.
Ms. Joerndt began her career with BCM Law, P.C. as a law clerk, giving her early, hands-on exposure to workers’ compensation defense and firm operations. Prior to joining the firm full time, she served as a Summer Associate with the Livingston County State’s Attorney’s Office and as an Intern with Disability Rights Tennessee, experiences that helped develop her foundation in legal research, advocacy, and client-focused representation.
