Christian Kotila is an Associate in BCM Law, P.C.’s Chicago office, where he focuses his practice on defending workers’ compensation claims on behalf of municipalities, insurance companies, and third-party administrators. He manages a diverse caseload and is experienced in all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through resolution.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Kotila regularly presents internal workers’ compensation defense trainings, drawing on his practical experience to provide clear, strategic insight on evolving issues in the field. His thoughtful approach and attention to detail help clients navigate complex claims efficiently and effectively.

Mr. Kotila began his legal career with BCM Law, P.C. and brings a well-rounded background to his practice, including experience clerking for an insurance carrier and several metro-Detroit law firms, as well as serving as a student attorney with Legal Advocacy for People with Cancer at Wayne State University Law School.

In his spare time, he is an avid soccer player and enjoys playing golf.
